To
Log On:

1) You can log on from any page in our Web site. Just
locate the large blue "Existing User" button and click on it.

2) Then, locate the User Name and Password input boxes that appear.
3) Enter your User Name & Password & click the "Log On" button
4) If your log on was successful, you will see your logon status change to "YOU ARE LOGGED IN."

Just locate the large blue "Existing User" button
and click on it.

Then, click on the "Forgot Password" button that appears below in the log on form. Then input your e-mail address and we will
email your logon information

OR
Click on the large red "New User" button.

4)
Enter all the REQUIRED information and CLICK on "SUBMIT"
5) If you are in our Database, the Web site will find your information.

6) If it does find you, it will show your name and address.
Then CLICK on "SELECT" and enter your Email address.

7) Then CLICK on "SUBMIT" and we will email your Password and Log On Name back to you
If
you do not see the prices on the items after you log in, try again and
please note the following:

1)
Your Log On and Password are case sensitive.
2) Also, you can try clicking on "refresh" or "Reload" in your browser if the prices
still don't appear.

3) On most operating systems there is a "task bar" at the bottom
of your screen that shows what programs or windows are already open. Try also to see if the price window is already open or hidden behind another window.
If you see two windows that are logged on to the Internet or your browser click on all of them and one of them should be with
prices

Make sure you do not confuse which is your Log On and Password

While we have very powerful servers and a high-tech database, your service
can appear slow for several reasons.
Please be patient and consider
that:

1)
the
entire Internet can be slow at times when it is at its peak usage
-
2)
your Internet Service Provider can be having
problems
-
3)
our
system can be experiencing high
traffic
4) your computer can experience
memory, modem and connectivity problems that can affect its performance.
